The National Poet Laureate Hub is an organization that is created and led by South Africa’s National Poet Laureate : Mongane Wally Serote.

We began operations in May 2020 and since then we have dedicated our efforts to finding ways to use poetry as our backbone, and combining poetry with all other art forms to accomplish our Goal.

Our Goal is to promote the diverse culture of our country and nation, through poetry and other artforms.

We wish to achieve this goal by creating collaborations of the arts, in a way which allows us to discuss, learn and communicate as a country.
